Free Home Delivery
We have an end-to-end automated system with trained personnel to process each order within 2 working days. We are proud to say that 90% of our orders are dispatched within a 2-3 working day timeline. However, in some cases, due to unavoidable factors such as printer, design, or quality control issues, orders may take up to 4-5 working days to dispatch.
Please be aware that the estimated delivery time includes both the production and shipping periods, providing the most accurate expectation for when your order will arrive.
Exchange
We have a 5 day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving (Including the day of delivery) your item to request an exchange if the product received is damaged/defective/wrong product
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Late Orders
This timeframe accounts for the printing process and delivery of your order. While we strive to offer the best possible delivery estimate at checkout, some orders may occasionally require extra time for production with our third-party printer, or experience delays during transit with the carrier.
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven't received your order, please allow a couple more days for it to arrive. If it still hasn't reached you after that time, don't hesitate to reach out to us at theerrorstore@gmail.com
